Tis the season for parties, buffets, and banquets where we love to bring a fruit party platter! In Utah, it’s very traditional to be invited to dinner parties and holiday parties where everyone contributes a dish. Rarely have I been to a party where the host provides all the food. We love it this way! It gives us an opportunity to not only bring something healthy, but show the others in attendance that healthy food can also be delicious and fun!
